Dr. Wiliam Parker, MD, FACS
O ur clinical director, William Parker, MD, FACS, is a board certified surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Previously, Dr. Parker was the Department of Surgery Chair at Mercy Memorial Health Center and the President of Ardmore Surgery Management. Dr. Parker graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and then attended the University of Texas medical school. He completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Parker is an avid runner and cyclist, and in his spare time enjoys running marathons and hiking with his wife, Dr. Mary Parker. Dr. Parker and his wife ran nine marathons in 2015. They have three children, one living in the Dallas area and two living in Arkansas. Dr. Parker is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
Kim Johnson-Hamilton, CNP
K im is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude after receiving her RN from Oklahoma State University. She received her Masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kim has a well rounded nursing background with experience in oncology, research, family practice and aesthetics. She enjoys being active and is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, North Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American Nurse Association. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, working out, soaking up sunshine, and spending time with her family and friends.
Caerisaa Kirkland, BSN, RN
My passion is to educate, equip and empower individuals with information and resources they need to protect their health and fight disease. I have been a registered nurse for over 10 years, I have worked in both emergency medicine, and post-operative care. Currently I am student pursuing a Masters in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner @ Texas Woman’s University. I have been married for 19 years, I am a mother of 3 kids and a grandmother to 1 cute grandson. In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to motivational tapes, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors enjoying nature. I practice the art of being mindful daily with meditation and prayer.
Henry Ramirez, MD, FACOG
D r. Ramirez has specialized in hormone therapy for the past six years. The doctor received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Texas Tech University. Dr. Ramirez’s professional affiliations include: serving on the Mercy Hospital Board of Directors, Mercy Hospital Board of Quality Assurance, Mercy Hospital Chair of Robotic Surgery Committee, Mercy Hospital Chair of Labor and Delivery and the Da Vinci Robotic Proctor for Intuitive. Dr. Ramirez is also a former associate professor at Texas Tech University and currently an adjunct clinical associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oklahoma State University. Prior to opening Paradigm Hormones, Dr. Ramirez was the medical director for a national brand's low testosterone/hormone clinic in the Oklahoma City area. Henry Ramirez, MD, FACOG, currently practices as an obstetrician and gynecologist, as well as an expert in hormone replacement therapy. He has a unique understanding of both female and male sex hormone balance with his daily practice of treating infertility. Dr. Ramirez is one of only two physicians in Oklahoma certified in Advanced Hormone Replacement Therapy.
